2. Event Booking & Confirmation

Booking confirmation is subject to availability and minimum guest requirements
A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours before the event
Changes to booking details must be communicated in writing

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and methods will be discussed during booking confirmation
Late payments may result in booking cancellation
All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise specified
Additional charges may apply for customization requests

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to secure refund eligibility
Cancellation charges apply based on timing relative to event date
Force majeure events may be exempt from cancellation fees

Guests must be 21+ years old for nightlife events (valid ID required)
Guests must comply with Dubai law and venue regulations
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund
Alcohol and drug policies must be strictly adhered to
Photography and recording policies must respect privacy

6. Liability Limitation

Karma Events Dubai shall not be liable for any injuries, property damage, or personal loss incurred during events. Guests participate at their own risk. We recommend obtaining event insurance for large private events. The Company is not responsible for third-party vendor services or venue conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on karmaeventsdxb.com, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Karma Events Dubai or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
