Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for qualifying cancellations made in accordance with our refund timeline. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit a written cancellation request via WhatsApp or email
- Provide valid reason for cancellation
- Comply with the refund timeline requirements
- Ensure no event services have commenced
2. Refund Timeline & Charges
More than 60 days before event
100% refund (minus 10% administrative fee)
30-60 days before event
50% refund (minus 15% administrative fee)
Less than 30 days before event
25% refund (non-refundable at less than 14 days)
Day of event or no-show
No refund - Full payment retained
3. Refund Process
- Submit written cancellation request within eligible timeframe
- Receive confirmation of refund eligibility within 48 hours
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds returned to original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Administrative and processing fees
- Deposits (non-refundable in some cases)
- Custom design and planning charges
- Vendor confirmations already completed
5. Force Majeure Events
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions), Karma Events Dubai reserves the right to offer rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if some event services were utilized or if vendor cancellation fees apply. The refund amount will be calculated based on actual services provided.
7. Disputes & Appeals
If you dispute a refund decision, please contact us within 7 days with documentation. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
8. No Refund for Modifications
Changes or upgrades to your event are not grounds for refunds. These should be discussed during the booking process.
